Can I get a same-day appointment?

It is possible as long as there is an open slot to be seen on that day. We would be delighted for you to come in.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Please call our office at (310) 882-8408 and we can verify whether your insurance is accepted or not prior to your visit. No one including Dr. Farasatpour want's any patient to get a surprise medical bill.

I have a migraine disorder and just want Botox or I would like a CGRP inhibitor infusion.

We are proud to offer both services. However to be able to provide those services they must be cleared by your insurance. Most insurances will want the patient to fail a few to several medications prior to Botox or a CGRP inhibitor. We will work with you and your insurance.
